The U13 boys had a great season of growth and development and were on the verge of playing for a spot in the Grand Final before the season came to an abrupt halt.
“The positivity and growth of the team in both skill and maturity was testament to every one of the boys. As was the courage and heart they demonstrated in the Emerald game after the June storms. This growth and pluck was clearly seen to all and sundry who were at Yarra Glen to witness our resounding Elimination Final win against Healesville by 66 points.
They are a great bunch of boys and they got there as a team in the end which was great to see. You showed what you were capable of as a team and played some electrifying football.”
